Precondition the battery for DC charging

Precondition the high voltage battery before DC charging to reduce charging time. The preconditioning adjusts the battery to its optimal temperature enabling faster charging. The car supports two methods for activating battery preconditioning.
Note: All battery preconditioning consumes energy. Use it only when necessary.
Precondition the battery using the smart battery temperature regulation
Use the smart battery temperature regulation to reduce energy use. The system automatically preconditions the high voltage battery based on real‑time conditions so it reaches an optimal temperature when you arrive at a charging station.
1. 
Navigate to Graphic>Energy management>Charging .
2.  Open the settings by pressing

3.  Ensure that Smart battery temperature regulation is activated.
4.  Set a destination in the Zeekr navigation menu. If the route requires charging, the system automatically identifies suitable DC charging stations and aligns the battery preconditioning with your arrival.
Precondition the battery manually
Use manual preconditioning when driving to a DC charger without using the smart battery temperature regulation.
To activate/deactivate manual preconditioning :
1. 
Navigate to Graphic>Energy management>Charging .
2.  Press Battery temp regulation.
Note: In winter conditions, the battery may need up to one hour of preconditioning to reach optimal temperature.
